Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Warehouse Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Project Manager II. The responsibilities for this role include, and are not limited to, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of data center management of projects and scope, creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, perform estimates and review proposals. A Project Manager II will also need to possess mechanical and financial aptitude with the ability to complete basic mathematical calculations, effectively communicate with customers and end users, and apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years’ of project management experience in the Data Center industry and/or Commercial/Industrial construction.
- Ability to read and understand construction and fabrication drawings.
- Experienced with estimating and financial oversight of construction projects.
- Travel to projects nationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering, construction management or comparable experience
- Experience using Design Software such as AutoCad, preferred.
- PMP Certification; or relatable project management certifications
