Numotion, the nation's premier provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mobility and lives of our customers by providing exceptional service and support for their mobility equipment. This full-time, regular/at-will position is based in Reno at our Double Diamond Parkway location and does not require travel. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include effective communication with customers to address concerns and provide resolutions, training and educating customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up. You will collaborate with manufacturers' tech support to identify necessary parts for repairs and work closely with our customer service team to coordinate daily routes and order processing. Timely and accurate completion of necessary documents is essential to the role.
