Responsibilities:
- Work with Maintenance Team Leads to execute daily landscape maintenance activities
- Operate small machinery and hand tools
- Comfortably take direction from Team leads and Horticulture Specialist
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work safely at all times
- 1-2 years of landscape maintenance and gardening experience is required.
- Knowledge of common horticultural practices and techniques is required.
- Must possess a superior work ethic, have a positive attitude, be open to constructive feedback and be able to present yourself professionally.
- Must enjoy working as part of a team.
- Listens to direction regarding daily tasks, protects and maintains the landscapes following the best methods available.
- Gives feedback to the Maintenance Team Lead regarding progess or concerns.
- Operates small machinery and hand tools and is aware of the safety methods for operation. Utilizes PPE as needed during operation of equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
