- Agile program management
- Experience with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Workday, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of digital transformation or system migrations (e.g., BI, ERP, CRM)
- Exposure to human capital programs or operating model changes
- Program Governance & Oversight
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, detailing scope, timelines,
- Create and manage a detailed documented list of risks, assumptions, issues, and
- Establish program KPIs and track them consistently, including:
- Migration completion percentages
- User adoption rates o User activity and engagement metrics o Report readiness and testing metrics ---
- User Migration & Adoption Monitoring
- Oversee end-to-end tracking of all user migration activities across internal and external user segments.
- Analyze user adoption metrics, usage patterns, and activity logs to ensure successful onboarding to the new Power BI platform.
- Identify user segments at risk of low adoption and coordinate interventions with change management, training, and regional leads.
- Ensure user migration status is accurately maintained and reflected in program dashboards. ---
- Reporting Platform Performance & Integration Monitoring
- Track Power BI platform performance before and after migration, monitoring:
- Load times o Data refresh behavior
- Report stability
- Integration behavior with upstream data systems
- Establish a dedicated feedback loop with technical teams to ensure rapid resolution of performance issues.
- Identify patterns in user feedback and drive continuous improvement actions. ---
- Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
