Position Overview: As a Program Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a 24-hour Residential Home supporting adults, with intellectual and developmental disabilities that fosters health, safety, and community integration. Your mission? Empowering individuals to thrive through meaningful activities, personal relationships, and personal choice. Plus, you’ll champion OSLP’s core values every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a dedicated team of full-time and part-time staff.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee services related to medications, home safety, physician visits, and more.
- Individual Support: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized support plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management, health professionals, and consultants.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard residents’ privacy and manage documentation meticulously.
- Nutrition: Ensure nutritious meals align with dietary needs and preferences.
- Safety First: Uphold safety protocols and rules for a secure environment.

Physical Requirements

Environmental Factors
- Most work is performed in residential home.
- Occasional exposure to outside elements.
- Occasional driving of wheelchair van, minivan, or sedan.
- Possible exposure to chemicals and/or compounds throughout work shift.
