Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead our nutrition services team. In this role, you will oversee clinical nutrition operations for both the hospital and our affiliated nursing home, managing a team of 5 dietitians and diet office personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure exceptional nutrition care for patients and residents.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of dietitians and nutrition staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutritional care into overall treatment plans.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
- Previous management experience in a clinical setting.
