NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Mid-Level Geospatial Research Analyst . Strong capabilities in applying and leading geospatial analytics and all-source intelligence methodologies, theories, and frameworks are required . The Mid-Level Geospatial Research Analyst will be based at US Army Garrison Miami/ US Southern Command . US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases, is required for employment. The successful candidate will have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities
- Solve and articulate complex geospatial and all source intelligence and analytic problems.
- Support geospatial data collection, curation, and analysis, ensuring research outputs align with mission objectives.
- Apply geospatial analytical techniques, including spatial modeling, remote sensing interpretation, and GIS-based risk assessments.
- Conduct data stewardship best practices, including documenting and validating geospatial data sources to ensure alignment with metadata governance and interoperability standards.
- Collaborate with other data providers and analysts to improve access to key data and curate country and regional pages in EDA.
- Engage and collaborate with customers to understand their analytic requirements.
Minimum Requriements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience creating geospatial analytic products or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis and production.
- Experience supervising analysis, research, and production.
- Demonstrated experience developing and applying AI/ML, data quality, data enrichment, data stewardship, and research processes and techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools, catalogs, techniques, and processes.
- Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks.
- Esri GIS certifications in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Rest API; Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and All Source Intelligence analytic methodology.
- Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
- Experience with government IT programs and environments.
- Active TS/SCI
