Senior Geospatial Research Analyst / Production Manager

NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Senior Geospatial Research Analyst / Production Manager. Strong capabilities in applying and leading geospatial analytics and all-source intelligence methodologies, theories, and frameworks are required. The Senior Geospatial Research Analyst / Production Manager will be based at US Army Garrison Miami/US Southern Command. US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases, is required for employment. The successful candidate will have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Work Setting:

• On-site at US Army Garrison Miami/US SOUTHCOM

Responsibilities

• Solve and articulate complex geospatial and all source intelligence and analytic problems.
• Lead the production of geospatial intelligence products, ensuring alignment with analytical priorities and stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance and metadata tagging of geospatial layers, ensuring compliance with interoperability standards and governance policies.
• Manage workflow prioritization and production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of geospatial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with other data providers and analysts to improve access to key data and lead the curation of country and regional pages in EDA.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Requriements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience creating geospatial analytic products or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis and production.
• Experience supervising analysis, research, and production.
• Demonstrated experience developing and applying AI/ML, data quality, data enrichment, data stewardship, and research processes and techniques.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools, catalogs, techniques, and processes.
• Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks.
  
  

Preferred:

• Esri GIS certifications in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Rest API; Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and All Source Intelligence analytic methodology.
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
• Experience with government IT programs and environments.
