- Collaborate with the Practice Manager on staffing and disciplinary matters, promoting a positive work environment.
- Provide coverage for open shifts, including daytime, overnight, and holiday rotations as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for medical and client-related questions, offering expert advice and support.
- Assist in evaluating and planning major equipment purchases, pharmaceuticals, and facility upgrades.
- Address client concerns and assist with complex case management, delivering exceptional patient care and service.
