Job Description
We are looking to add friendly and personable people to our wonderful veterinary receptionist team! This is a full-time positon, 32 to 40 hours per week and you must have open availability, including Holidays and weekends. Minimum of 12 months job-related experience is also required. We offer the same competitive pay and benefits as any veterinary hospital, but the difference is our team! We have the best doctors and staff around! Job Responsibilties:
- Greeting, Checking-in, and Checking-Out Clients
- Answering a Multi-line phone system
- Entering charges, invoicing clients, and accepting payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking messages for doctors and staff
- Relaying information clearly and in a courteous tone to clients and staff
- Responding to email
- Attaching reports and records to patient file
- Responsible for opening and closing the building
- Responsible for settling the financials
- Cleaning: sweeping, mopping, trash, washing windows, bathroom cleaning, etc.
- Traige appointments
- Multi- tasking
- Must have a passion for helping animals and clients
- Must be able to handle a fast paced enviroment
