WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Become a catalyst to the digital marketing team by contributing to strategic and engaging digital marketing initiatives to ensure a positive customer experience. This role will support the usage, governance, and feature enhancements of our website and other platforms within our MarTech stack as a critical component of our overall go-to-market strategy.
In this hybrid role, you will get to, (including but not limited to):
Partner with Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing and Vertical Growth teams to support marketing strategy, initiatives and goals.
Analyze and prepare website traffic report using Google Analytics on monthly basis or as needed.
Conduct SEO research and provide SEO recommendations to optimize website content and social media posts.
Be a subject matter authority of digital marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Salesforce.
Deliver website maintenance and configuration of programs as well as troubleshoot issues as needed
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and web content management systems
Experience in marketing analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics(GA4), marketing automatio, SEMRush, and Drupal
Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and experience integrating with other marketing technologies
Data driven and problem solving skills.
