This role will primarily involve supporting Looker Studio and Paid Search Campaigns across various platforms, particularly Google Ads. You will be expected to independently manage data connections, optimize paid search campaigns, and provide actionable insights using your strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Google Ads and Looker.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Looker Studio dashboards to visualize key business metrics and performance indicators.
Manage data connections independently and integrate external data sources into Looker Studio using APIs and metadata.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate these requirements into actionable insights within Looker Studio.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Looker Studio functionality or data integration.
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI and performance.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to improve campaign effectiveness and reach.
Generate regular reports on paid search performance, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising to enhance campaign strategies.
Serve as the technical expert for Looker Studio and Google Ads, leveraging your deep understanding of both platforms to drive results.
Act as a resource for team members on technical aspects related to Looker Studio and paid search advertising.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role for a minimum of 5 years
Proficiency in CRM and database systems
Extensive knowledge of Google Ad, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Experience in using Facebook Insights for marketing purposes
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of how to build and promote brand awareness
Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns
Strong analytical abilities to measure and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Looker and Google Analytics
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Understanding of sales funnels and adeptness at optimizing conversion funnels
Familiarity with ad campaigns, media campaigns, and integrated marketing campaigns
Skills in creating online advertisements
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of design elements to ensure creative marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is a plus.
