Full-time Description
Our residential programs located in Warren & Washington Counties have (3) Full Time 40- hours Direct Support Professional Enhanced Floater positions available. The days, hours and locations for these positions will vary. The schedule is given weekly. The rate of pay is $27.00 per hour plus differentials. DSP Enhanced Floaters support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. Must be able to support and assist people with their day to day responsibilities and desires. Must be flexible. Will work in multiple locations. Must maintain driver insurability, AMAP, insulin and G-tube certification.

- Evening = FT40 (Sun-Thurs 2p-10p, locations will vary)
- Overnight = FT40A (Thurs-Sun 10p-8a, locations will vary)
- 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. College transcripts may be used in lieu of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. This includes but is not limited to, Medication Administration, 1st Aid & CPR, Decision Driving, and SCIP-R.
