We currently have (12) Full Time 36-hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Floater Warren/Washington County positions available:
- (6) Evening = Hours are 2-10p, days vary
- (6) Overnight = Hours are 8p-8am, days vary
The DSP Floater rate of pay is $21.00 per hour. This position is working in Residential programs located in Warren & Washington Counties. The schedule is given weekly. Should you be interested – overtime is available. DSPs support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. This can include but is not limited to assisting the people with getting ready for the day or going to bed, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community – and just plain have fun while making a difference!

Our DSPs are required to be 18 years of age and we prefer them to have a valid driver’s license, and High School Diploma or equivalent, but these are not required. No Experience necessary and we provide extensive paid training. Shift Differentials and a DSP Sign-on Bonus (for Full-Time 40 hour/Part-Time & 30-hour DSPs) are available for some programs/locations/positions. Some positions have the potential to make your own schedule.
