Night Auditor
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Purpose for the Position:
To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance all revenue departments daily and complete all necessary reports.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs all required daily audit procedures and reports as set forth by the OHM and the hotel.
- Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled.
- Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Ensures accurate deposit of cash.
- Prepares the front office for the daytime shift and reset days business.
- Acts as a Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during the nighttime hours.
- Attend and actively participates in all front office meetings.
- Participates in all training and cross training programs.
- Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
- Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
- Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.

- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years hospitality customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Hours:
- Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements of the Position:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time), and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 to 2/3 of the time), and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists up to 2/3 or most of the time) to move objects.
- May be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion.
