Oaklands Global is proud to partner with a highly regarded boutique investment bank that is actively expanding its Dallas office. We are seeking ambitious and driven Associates or Senior Analysts with a strong background in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, or Capital Markets, and a proven track record of executing (leading) transactions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing platform where you’ll take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with senior bankers and clients, and gain exposure across a diverse set of debt financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex debt capital markets transactions, including revolvers, term loans, unitranche, subordinated debt, and high-yield bonds.
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Draft and manage the creation of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), pitchbooks, and investor presentations.
- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to support strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate on deal structuring, negotiation support, and execution from start to finish.
- Mentor and train junior analysts, helping elevate team performance and output.
- Maintain and deepen client relationships through consistent, high-quality interaction and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) a plus.
- 3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or financial advisory.
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; Excel proficiency required.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with client-facing experience.
- High attention to detail and professional integrity.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, transaction-driven environments.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to mentoring junior talent and contributing to a collaborative culture.
