Oaklands Global is proud to partner with a prestigious and global Investment Bank in their search for a talented Analysts and Associate with strong Tech/Software M&A experience, ideally gained at an elite boutique or leading investment bank. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team based in New York City. No Visas / No MBA
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies.
- Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling.
- Frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors.
- Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
- Preparation of proposals, transaction marketing.
- Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings.
Qualifications
- 3 years M&A experience at a leading Investment Bank/Elite Boutique.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics from a top tier schools.
- Previous experience leading and managing projects.
- Excellent organizational, execution and time management skills.
- Team player with competitive drive.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proven quantitative and technical skills Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- FINRA Series 63 and 79 registrations.
