- Troubleshoot issues with office hardware including printers, scanners, video conferencing equipment, and IP phones.
- Deploy images to new laptops and desktops.
- Create and manage employee accounts for various systems.
- Utilize the helpdesk system to track, document and research solutions to problems.
- Provide technical support to employees at local and remote offices via helpdesk, phone, email, remote sessions, and in-person visits.
- Configure and support Android mobile devices.
- Assist in ordering IT equipment and maintain inventory.
- Assist with the research and implementation of IT projects.
- Provide technical training to employees.
- Occasionally perform job site visits to implement, maintain and support network infrastructure.
- Contribute to our IT Knowledge-base through the creation of support articles.
