Odyssey Systems is excited to find a Administrative Professional, Senior to support our AFMC mission located at Eglin AFB Niceville, FL.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules.
- Schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside organizations.
- Answer telephones, forwarding messages, and providing responses to routine queries.
- Serve as the organizations's travel clerk, using the Defense Travel System functions on behalf of traveler IAW (The Defense Travel Administrator's Manual).
- Assist with coordination, consolidation, analyses, distribution and monitor action items, suspenses, and responses for assigned organization level.
- Provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures.
- Assist with preparation and updates to program office file management documents.
- Prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings.
- Assist with management on organizational workflows.
- Provide support with preparing reports, papers and briefings IAW AFH 33-337 and AFMC communications policies and templates and prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326.
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education/Years of Experience:
- Associate's degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of professional experience; OR
- Master's degree and seven (7) years of professional experience
