HX5 is currently seeking an Administrative Professional, at a Journeyman level to join our Advanced Programs team at Eglin AFB, Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist processes/procedures, coordination, consolidation, analyses, distribution, and monitoring of workforce actions and training management.
- Maintain office management tools such as organizational hierarchy products, duty alignment, and division-level staff requirements.
- Assist with management of organizational workflows, specifically the recognition program for the division.
- Schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside organizations.
- Answer telephones, forwarding messages, and providing responses to routine queries.
- Assist with preparation and updates to division file management documents.
- Prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings.
Education and Experience:
- As a minimum, must have an Associates degree and five (5) years of professional experience
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Must have an active Secret clearance prior to date of hire, interim clearance will not be accepted. Investigation date must be within the past (6) six years.
