We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with local communities, support meaningful causes, and drive social impact through outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase awareness of our organization’s mission and programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborations.
• Organize and participate in community events, presentations, and campaigns to promote our services and initiatives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, educating the public about our programs and driving engagement with our mission.
• Gather and analyze feedback from community members to identify needs and opportunities for program improvement.
• Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, partnerships, and community engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between outreach efforts and organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse community members.
• Passion for community development and making a positive social impact.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach projects.
• Experience in community outreach, public relations, or event planning is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
