Support the Central Accounting and Reporting Team. Salary up to: $ 62,250.00 Responsibilities Communicates with agencies to obtain financial information. Prepares Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). Researches and implements authoritative pronouncements. Revises and updates conversion packages. Analyzes accounting policies. Serves as liaison to the State Auditor. Ad hoc reporting as assigned. Reviews financial information submitted by agencies to ensure compliance. Preference may be given to applicants with the following: • CPA certification • CPA candidate Physical Demands and Work Environment This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday. Minimum Qualifications Degree in accounting, finance, or related field and; Three (3) years’ experience in accounting or finance.
