Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual for the position of "Project Coordinator" for a successful small business in Hawaii. Purchasing/Procurement experience is highly translatable to this position.
You will be researching, pricing and purchasing furniture product according to client specifications. After you order the product, you will coordinate the shipping, tracking and generally oversee the project through installation. You will then invoice accordingly and assist with AR. Involves heavy interface with internal and external clients. You will also be assisting with responses to RFPs/RFQs. Heavy interface with clients and team.

- Must be willing to work late and/or on weekends as needed in order to meet deadlines. (This does NOT happen on a daily basis.
- Must be very organized, detail-oriented and flexible to accommodate constant changes.
- Excellent email/written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially typing, Excel and technology.
Position is commissionable. Once established, you could make $50k-65k a year.
Compensation commensurate with experience. Starting from $38,000 Commissions. Full-time, salary exempt, excellent benefits including medical/dental/drug/vision, 401k, life insurance, 10 paid holidays plus 16 paid days off per year.
Work from home flexibility after 1 year or able to work independently.
