Responsibilities:
Identify and map existing processes across operations
Detect inefficiencies and communicate process gaps to leadership
Propose and implement improvements to unlock efficiencies
Support compliance labeling operations
Collaborate with a team of 5 and contribute to a broader team of 11
Engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
Skills/Qualifications:
5 years in operations analyst or similar roles
Strong skills in process mapping, process management, and navigating ambiguity
High organizational awareness and effective communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with compliance labeling preferred
PMP certification is a plus but not required
Degree not required; business or process/project management background is ideal
Comfortable engaging stakeholders and presenting new ideas for improvement
Salary : $43 - $45
