Duration: 12 month contract w/ possible extensions
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Develop seasonal and monthly forecasts at the style-color level, aligning with financial goals
Deliver data-driven seasonal buys tailored to retail sales, inventory needs, and market expectations
Collaborate with global and geo teams to manage product lifecycle and in-season performance
Analyze sales and inventory data weekly and provide actionable insights
Maintain open-to-buy forecasts and support manufacturing decisions
Manage product aging and close-outs to meet consumer and business objectives
Skills/Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in retail planning within enterprise environments
Proficient in brick-and-mortar store planning and assortment planning
Global business experience or strong international mindset
Advanced data analysis and statistical forecasting skills
Strong decision-making and communication skills grounded in data
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
Understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning systems and processes
Salary : $43 - $45
