Your responsibilities will include managing employee data, coordinating new hire onboarding, and assisting with recruitment support. You will also administer employee benefits programs and contribute to the development of training programs. Additionally, you will process and track FMLA requests, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
