| Job Summary: | This position will be an integral part of the College of Education and Human Sciences (CEHS) recruitment team. Primary responsibilities will include: developing and prioritizing communication flow in accordance with university timelines for UGA; maintaining insight and understanding of all undergraduate CEHS student programs as they relate to campus visits and university recruitment events; coordinating/developing recruitment reports; supervising office staff who manage CEHS undergrad secondary applications, ensuring effective and efficient processes are reviewed; supervision of recruitment office staff. |

| Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Education, Human Sciences, Human Services, Health Services or a related area, and two years of related work experience. Outstanding interpersonal and professionalism skills. Ability to deliver oral presentations and produce written communication effectively and professionally. Must be proficient in application of commonly used office software products. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, College Student Development or a related area, and two or more years of work experience as student services and/or career development professional or in a similar/related position. Proficient at demonstrating effective advising skills for one-on-one student interactions. Knowledge of student development and career development theory and practice. Ability to deliver oral presentations and produce written communication effectively. Proficient at development of accurate and appealing digital and printed materials. Adept at data and information processing and in use of commonly used learning management software systems. |
