Description
Summary
The Spa and Pool Technician’s primary responsibility is to keep all Old Edwards Hospitality Group property spa and pools properly maintained and functioning throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Monitors, handles and administers chemicals for swimming pools
- Performs cleaning of swimming pools (vacuum, brush, netting, etc)
- Creates & maintains records for all serviced swimming pools
- Performs minor repairs to spas and swimming pools
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies as needed
- Makes minor adjustments and keeps equipment in good repair
- Due to the nature of this position, confidentiality is required at all times
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Director of Engineering.
Qualifications
- Current or previous CPO required
- Clean driving record
- High School Diploma/GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Must be organized, able to multitask and customer service oriented
- Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- The employee is regularly required to stand, walk the property, climb stairs, kneel, squat and crawl for periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Duties are performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, often taking place in the elements of all four seasons
Salary : $34,300 - $43,400
