Independently manage a portfolio of complex EPL and management liability claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage & hour disputes
Conduct detailed coverage analysis and issue clear coverage positions
Liaise with defense counsel and develop litigation strategy based on claim complexity and exposure
Review legal documents and engage with coverage counsel as needed
Attend mediations and trials, participate in litigation and settlement planning
Provide timely reporting and strategic updates to team and unit leadership
Maintain best-in-class file documentation, reserving, and case evaluations
Support team meetings, claims round-tables, and internal discussions on technical case issues
Actively contribute to a collaborative work culture with a focus on real-time communication and in-person interaction
