The Grande Dame is now hiring for a Catering Sales Manager! Come and join the #1 Hotel in the City of Pittsburgh and her Team!
This position is eligible for the Omni Sales Incentive Plan and there is a limited work-from-home incentive after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
A successful candidate will focus selling and servicing weddings and social functions, creatively upsell all hotel customers and to ensure that value paid is value received, not only in product, but in service and in ambiance.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have strong leadership, customer service and relationship building skills.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule such as weekends, evenings, and holiday hours as necessary to sell space, service events, and close contracts.
- Knowledge of Delphi, and Windows Based programs preferred.
- 1 -2 years Catering/Sales experience required. Experience in a Hotel environment is highly preferred.
