Job Description
The bartender will be responsible for providing efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, professional top quality bar. Responsibilities
The bartender's responsibilities include: * Greeting all guests promptly, in a friendly manner. * Up-selling and suggestive selling to guests. * Producing and monitoring guest drinks and anticipating needs; completing orders of servers. * Cleaning and servicing the bar area. * Ensuring proper payment of departing guests. * Ensuring that Four Diamond standards and a consistent level of guest satisfaction are met. * Providing unique, authentic, and memorable experiences for all dining guests. * Being pleasant, smiling, and greeting all guests, using surnames when obtained. * Being thoroughly familiar with responsibilities of TRADE lounge & Coin Bar bartenders. * Being thoroughly familiar with F&B menus and available promotions and options. * Performing any other duties as assigned by Outlets Management. * Following all company policies and procedures; ensuring clean uniform and professional personal appearance; maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information; protecting company assets. Qualifications
The bartender's qualifications include: * Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance. * Prior bartending experience is required, hospitality is preferred. * A valid TIPS or RASP Certification and ServSafe Food Handler certification are required. * The ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and food/beverage items. * Applicants must live within 100 miles of the property.
