Administrative Assistant – Full-Time Position
Job Duties
· Answer mainline phone & transfer calls as needed
· Greet customers, vendors, other visitors
· Collate and distribute mail
· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and other correspondence
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Run errands, such as checking PO Box, shipping items, etc.
· Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance
· Keep track of stock of office supplies and make orders
· Update subcontractor certification tracker and keep vehicle certification binders up to date
· Effectively use Cricut for creating labels and logos
· Track and keep stock of company shirts, hats, and PPE
· Update company photo board on a regular basis
· Assist with new hire onboarding process and employee departure process
· Assist is scheduling and planning quarterly company events
Job Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Prior experience working in an office environment is highly preferred
· Able to work with minimal supervision (Self-Motivated)
· Able to communicate and collaborate effectively
· Must have strong organization skills
· Alert, ambitious, hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
· Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
· Mut have reliable transportation
· Must be drug-free
