Position: Intake Coordinator
Location: Hardin
Type: Full-Time: 40 hrs/week
Schedule: Three Options: Mon-Thu 6:45am-5:15pm | Mon-Thu 8am-6:30pm | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Salary: $18.48-$19.30/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Registration: Conduct initial patient assessments and gather essential information.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and coordinate care with our healthcare providers.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, addressing patient inquiries, and assisting with billing as needed.
- Coordination: Facilitate coordination of care by working with various healthcare providers and departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
- A compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Requirements:
- Driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
