Welcome to OneEighty a safe place, a source of hope and new direction. We’re a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people in and around Wayne and Holmes counties in Ohio. We provide comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavioral health services and operate multiple care facilities throughout our service areas.

OneEighty is seeking to hire a full time Grounds and Facilities Technician who will be responsible for maintaining the general grounds maintenance of OneEighty properties. In the winter months this position will help the maintenance staff in general maintenance functions.

Here’s what you need to be successful:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one year of related experience/training.
• May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty.
• If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty’s vehicle insurance. Travel to other sites to maintain grounds is required.
• Must be certified in CPR/First Aid or able to attain certification.
• Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
• Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards.
• Ability to facilitate and maintain productive communication while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and coworkers. Ability to work as a team.
• Must have an excellent attendance record.
• Must have essential physical and mental capabilities in the following: Interpersonal skills, memory, attention to detail, follow directions, comprehension, calculating, reading, writing, speaking, evaluating, mathematics and organizing.
• Physical agility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; to bend, to stoop, to walk, to stretch, to pull, to reach overhead, and work from a ladder.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to operate various types of power equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools required for landscaping.
• Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques and processes.
• Excellent time management skills.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, anytime between 7:00am - 5:00pm (evening hours may be required dependent on weather conditions to complete job tasks, flexibility required). Occasionally respond to after hour emergency calls.

Immediate Supervisor: Facilities Maintenance Manager

Pay Range: $16-18/hour dependent on experience
