Senior Revenue Analyst

The Challenge

We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Revenue Analyst with both technical and operational knowledge of ASC 606, specifically in the SaaS/Software industry. This role reports directly to the Senior Revenue Manager and will focus on the day-to-day operations of revenue accounting and assist with various system implementation projects. This role requires strong analytical skills to ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue under ASC 606.

Your Mission

• Review customer contracts for potential revenue impacting terms and document accounting conclusions and considerations.
• Perform UAT testing of the Company’s revenue management system implementations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue reconciliations for internal reporting requirements and analytics.
• Perform reviews to validate the Company’s deferred revenue and contract asset balances.
• Perform annual SSP study and update the methodology as needed.
• Research revenue accounting guidance and assist with documentation of the Company’s accounting conclusions.

You Experience Includes

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting
• 4 years of combined experience in public accounting or a corporate revenue accounting role
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and its application to multiple performance obligation arrangements, specifically in the SaaS/Software industry
• CPA preferred
• Experience with MS Excel and creating complex spreadsheets and analytical tools

Salary : $87,000 - $130,500
