Description
The position entails the following overview of requirements. Position schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday 7 am to 4pm daily.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain all service bays: cleaning floors
- Maintaining service bays [ trash, waste oil removal ]
- Maintain over head lighting in service bays
- Maintain interior floors, walls, over head lights
- Maintain HVAC filters and general return registers
- Maintain bathroom floors and supplies
- Maintain general cleaning of, stairs, elevator, area in front of Bi fold door.
- Maintain “ clean room “ floors, trash disposal.
- Maintain Tech break room floors, walls, stair well, deck areas and general house keeping
- Tractor/ Hyster: each morning at 7 am, run Service Hyster with “ hopper” and pick up all service bay trash cans along with inside trash [ parts/ service offices] drop load in Service Waste management Dumpster behind Service.
- Tractor operations at times to assist in moving Service moves and possible Hoist assistance at time.
- Maintain the EPA containment area [ diapers, oil, filters etc]
- Maintain the external concrete service pad area [ tire blocks, hoses, trash, pallets ] keep area clean and organized.
- Maintain the “ black top” area between the C/D doors and the fence line to include trash/ tire blocks, hoses and general items.
- Maintain Radio at all times.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Prior work experience a plus
- High School diploma a plus
- Effective detailing and cleaning of all assigned units
- Positive interaction with all team members
- Attention to Detail, Ability to learn about boats, Follow directions
- Lift 10 lbs infrequently, Standing, Climbing, Constant use of Hands, Outdoors
