What You'll Do as a Paint Helper:

• Assist experienced Painters with prepping aircraft parts and assemblies
• Mask and demask parts to prepare for painting and inspection
• Set up workstations with parts ready for painting and priming
• Link paperwork to completed parts for quality control and inspection
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous painting experience in an industrial setting is REQUIRED. Candidates with a background in automotive or manufacturing will also be considered if you do not have aerospace experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Comfortable working around loud noise and chemical substances in an industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, kneel, or bend for long periods, and wear a full-face respirator
