What You'll Do as a Production Machine Operator:
- You’ll be hands-on with automated assembly and robotic weld cell machinery
- Operating machines safely and efficiently
- Handling and packaging metal components for shipment
- Performing quality checks and basic machine adjustments
- Maintaining a clean work area and equipment
- Recording downtime and machine operations
- Supporting team members and maintenance with line issues
Work Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
- High School Diploma or GED
