This is an excellent opportunity for Production Workers / Sanders at a top-tier cabinet manufacturer with over 30 years of experience!
- 1st Shift (Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4pm) *Overtime as required*
- Full-time (40 hours)
- $17.00/hr

What You'll Do as a Production Worker / Sander:
- Operate a variety of sanding machinery, such as belt sanders, orbital sanders, and disc sanders, to achieve high-quality finishes on cabinets and different materials.
- Analyze surfaces to determine optimal sanding techniques, monitor processes for consistency, and collaborate with the production team to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean work area, perform routine equipment maintenance, and communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for enhanced sanding processes and product quality.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have 1 year of experience as an Industrial Sander or in a similar role
- Be proficient in operating various industrial sanding equipment and tools
- Be knowledgeable of different sanding materials, grits, and their applications
- Have strong attention to details
- Be experienced using basic hand tools and power tools
- Experience in cabinet building is a plus
