We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our client's team in Elizabethtown. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety within our warehouse.
- 2nd shift: 2:45pm to 11:15pm.
- 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am.
- Pay rate: $18.25-18.75/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff (picking, packing, shipping, receiving).
- Manage inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift and aerial lift certification (or ability to obtain).
