What You'll Do as a Seasonal Warehouse Team Lead:
- Keep team morale high and productivity steady by leading, motivating, and communicating well to achieve daily goals.
- Receive and unpack inbound freight on pallets
- Manually transfer products (up to 50 lbs.) from pallets to conveyor belts
- Stack empty pallets
- Maintain a clean work environment (and maybe some additional tasks!)
- You will go far in this role as a motivating team leader who works hands-on!
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have experience in preparing orders, picking/packing, and loading/unloading trucks
- Be an experienced Team Leader in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center
- Have strong communication skills
- Be proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
