- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals
- Provide support on employee engagement initiatives and workforce planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
