Our team is looking for a Program Manager to join them. You will report to the Business Unit Leader, OEM and will have an onsite work schedule in Chatsworth, CA. To be considered for the Program Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science 3 years of program/project management experience in a technical/engineering background Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar application As a Program Manager, you will: Manage new and ongoing programs and/or projects in support of new license implementation Lead 10-15 cross-functional team members Be responsible for driving assigned activities toward achieving scope, quality, and financial objectives, including program P&I Assist Director and executive team with strategic and tactical duties of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling Ontic programs/initiatives, short- and long-term organizational plans, budgets, personnel, and functions in licensing and manufacturing aviation legacy product Set and adjust the business practices of the managed teams to keep them competitive and successful in an ever-changing business environment Be able to interpret the applicable policies and procedures and make enhancements Drive successful project closure and hand-off to functional departments Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000/year, based on experience #LI-Onsite This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
