We’re hiring a Campaign Manager for a hybrid opportunity in Chicago, IL. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential for extension, requiring onsite work one day per week and remote work the remaining four days.
Join our client’s dynamic team as a Campaign Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative advertising solutions. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in digital campaign management to plan, deliver, and optimize omni-channel ad campaigns that drive brand success and conversion. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute strategies that produce measurable results.
Onward Search provides weekly paychecks on a W2 basis and benefits for 40-hour work weeks throughout the contract.

Campaign Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of both managed and self-service campaigns, serving as a consultative expert.
Act as a subject matter expert in media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation, providing key insights and guidance.
Engage with clients and agency partners, offering expertise on media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.
Demonstrate proficiency across various media types, including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social Media, and more.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to develop strategic, data-driven media proposals that align with client objectives.
Communicate campaign performance metrics and insights, leading regular discussions with stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
Identify and pursue incremental revenue opportunities in partnership with Sales, leveraging campaign performance and seasonal trends.
Partner with Media Insights to generate valuable campaign measurement and insights.
Campaign Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
Proficient understanding of digital media metrics and the ability to analyze data to inform optimizations.
Strong client-facing skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and developing solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for advising on media best practices.
Strong project management abilities, capable of working under pressure and managing changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in systems like Salesforce and Tableau.
