Human Resources (“HR”) Coordinator is responsible for providing HR services to internal and external clients including but not limited to on-boarding, termination, records management, employee life cycle transactions, payroll, and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, human resources, organizational development or related field or HR SPHR/PHR certifications and/or equivalent experience.
- Ability to retain a good knowledge of tasks performed in the HR functions.
- Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
- Basic understanding of HR regulations, labor laws, and proper documentation.
- Present a professional image and demeanor in dealing with clients, interdepartmental and external representatives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Communication skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
- Fluent bilingual in Korean and English.
