What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Coach position at Orange East Supervisory Union?
Orange East Supervisory Union is seeking an Instructional Coach to work with teachers across a variety of grade levels and within a variety of content areas. The successful candidate will be able to forge effective coach/client relationships, model lessons, communicate effectively, be self-directed and be able to take the initiative. The position involves coaching individuals and teams, personalizing learning for teachers so they can personalize it for their students. This individual will help teachers continuously improve practices, and help plan professional development opportunities for staff, including in-service.
This individual will be part of the supervisory union's instructional support team and will work collaboratively with other coaches as part of a high-performance Professional Learning Community. Salary : $32,400 - $41,000
