About The Opportunity
Position Summary
TheHuman ResourcesIntern forORBIS Corporation will be responsible for assisting theHuman Resources Team with projects. This position will be part-time during the school year, and then transition to full-time during the summer. The student hired for this role will need to be able to work a combination ofin person and remotely, as needed.
You will have guidance from a mentor on the Human Resources Team as well as be included in Menasha Corporation's Intern Program, which focuses on connection, experience building, and professional development.
Essential to this Position
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR Team with projects starting now through Summer 2024.
Areas of Learning/Responsibilities
Assist the Human Resources department as needed
Assist with payroll, compliance activities, and projects as assigned
Gain experience in multiple areas of the HR discipline
Work on various projects as needed
Working on the Social Committee to help coordinate and plan events for the company
Speak with outside vendors, caterers, and companies for social events, meetings, and luncheons
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related degree
Junior or Senior standing
GPA 3.0 or above
Strong computer skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
