Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Card Services Representative II to join our Card Services team. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of card-related tasks including fraud and dispute processing, ATM settlement, and card exception handling. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate transactions, supporting audits, and delivering exceptional service to our members and internal teams.
Card Services Expertise
What you will need to be successful:
Experience with debit and credit card processing, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation.
Familiarity with ATM operations, card settlement, and clearing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), 10-key calculator, and card processing software (Corelation Keystone preferred).
Analytical & Organizational Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to research and resolve complex card transaction issues.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams, members, and vendors.
Commitment to providing unsurpassed service and maintaining confidentiality.
Experience & Education
High school diploma or GED required.
One year of accounting coursework or equivalent work experience preferred.
Completion of Card Fundamentals and Card Operations education classes within six months of hire.
