Job duties:
Greeting patients, Registering new patients and updating existing patient demographics, Assisting patients in completion of paperwork, Records organization and processing, Scheduling, Assisting in patient care and patient flow throughout the office.
Must be well spoken, and have excellent communication skills
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in chiropractic or medical office preferred.
Proficient in spelling and grammar, Reliable and Punctual, Efficient, Organized and resourceful Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Word Processing , Professionalism, Quality Focus, and positive attitude.
