Bend Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.
Our goal is to partner with each individual we serve to develop a personalized treatment program that leads them to live a healthy, productive, addiction free life.
Our treatment center hours are: M-F 5AM-1PM and rotating Sat 6AM-11AM.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet individuals entering the treatment center, request client IDs to validate treatment program participation, manage visitor sign-in log.
- Monitor lobby activity and client flow, check client monetary status, collect balances due, receive potential client inquiries and direct calls.
- Assist in the preparation of the required weekly reports.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills and a thorough understanding of boundaries and confidentiality related to substance abuse treatment.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year experience as a general office clerk with basic math and accounting skills and previous cash handling experience.
- Medical Office experience preferred.
- Meet Washington requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
- Current drivers license.
- Request form to apply for religious or medical exemption or provide vaccination record to comply with Oregon mandate.
